Day 01Arrive Leh
Arrival Leh Kushok Bakula Airport (This must be one of the most sensational flights in the world). On a clear day one side of the aircraft can be seen in the distance the peaks of K2, Nanga Parbat, Gasherbrum and on the other side of the aircraft is the Nun Kun Massif. Upon arrival, transfer to your Hotel. Complete day for rest and leisure to acclimatize. Evening is free at leisure or once can visit to Leh Market & Shanti Stupa. Dinner & Over Night stay at Leh.
Day 02Leh
After early B/F, drive to Phey. Enjoy river rafting in Indus River from Phey to Nimu followed by packed Lunch. Later drive back to Leh. Early evening, visit Magnetic Hill, Hall of Fame, Stok Palace. Dinner & Over Night stay at Leh.
Day 03Leh - Nubra Valley via Khardungla
After B/F, check out from Leh
& departs for Nubra Valley. Your journey passes over Khardungla Pass – the
highest motor-able road in the world at an altitude of 18,390 ft. Upon arrival,
check-in to your Campsite. In the evening, one can walk around tiny villages to
see how the locals live in this part of the world. A visit to Ladakhi Home can
be arranged on prior request. Dinner & Over Night stay at Nubra Valley.
Day 04Nubra Valley - Hunder - Diskit - Leh
After an early B/F, check out from Nubra Valley & drive to Hunder where you have an opportunity to ride on a bacterian camel (double humped) amidst the sand dunes of this high altitude desert with snow-capped mountains on the horizons. Diskit dotted with apricot plantations is famous for 16TH Century Buddhist Monastery. Stroll around the bazaar observing the shops and local people going about their daily chores. Later drive to Leh. Dinner & Over Night stay at Leh.
Day 05Leh - Shey - Thikse - Pangong Lake
After an early B/F, check out from Leh & departs for Pangong Lake. En-route, visit Shey Palace & Monastery, Thiksey Monastery. Stop at Changla Pass for a quick photo session. Upon arrival, check-in to your campsite near Pangong Lake. Dinner & Over Night stay at Pangong Lake.
Day 06Pangong Lake - Hemis - Leh
Morning is at leisure to explore the beauty of the Pangong Lake. After B/F, check out from Pangong Lake & departs for Leh. En-route, visit Hemis Monastery & Sindhu Ghat. Dinner & Over Night stay at Leh.
Day 07Leh - Onward Destination Journey
After B/F, check out from Leh & transfer to Leh Airport to board flight for onward destination journey.
