Day 01Arrive Colombo – Pinnawala – Sigiriya

Arrival at Bandaranayake International Airport and proceed to Sigiriya. En-route, visit Elephant Orphanage in Pinnawela, which is a home to about 60 Elephants found abandoned or orphaned in the wild. In the afternoon, visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress – an archeological site in North Central Sri Lanka. It is one of the 7 world heritage sites in Sri Lanka. Over Night stay at Sigiriya.


Day 02Sigiriya – Dambulla – Matale – Kandy

After B/F, check-out from Sigiriya and depart for Kandy. En-route, visit Dambulla Cave Temple – These 2,000-year-old caves sit on a massive rock overlooking the city and are a UNESCO World Heritage site, containing ancient Buddhist paintings which have attracted tourists and pilgrims from all over the world. Matale – where you can learn about the basis of Ayurveda natural medicine, a custom integral to Sri Lankan culture. In the afternoon, visit Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy – Sri Dalada Maligawa in Kandy is the most prominent and sacred Buddhist shrine in Sri Lanka, even in the world. In the evening, watch cultural dance show of fire dancers and Kandyan Dancers. Over Night stay at Kandy.

Day 03Kandy – Ramboda – Nuwara Eliya

After B/F, check-out from Kandy and depart for Nuwara Eliya. En-route, visit Tea plantation and Tea factory. Surrounded by the breathtaking, idyllic landscape, you will also get a chance to taste and purchase some of the world’s finest tea. Later, visit The Hanuman Temple in Ramboda – is believed to be an area where Rama’s forces were gathered against Ravana. Ram Padai means Rama’s Force. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Over Night stay at Nuwara Eliya.

Day 04Nuwara Eliya – Horton Plains – Nuwara Eliya

After B/F, visit Horton Plains. This misty grassland plateau is a National Park and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Over Night stay at the hotel in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 05Nuwara Eliya – Kitulgala – Bentota

After B/F, check-out from Nuwara Eliya and depart for Bentota via Kitulgala to visit Sita Amman Temple. The stream that runs from the hill, catered to the needs of Sitadevi during her stay at Ashok Vatika. She is said to have bathed in this stream. About century ago of three idols were discovered in the stream, one of which was that of Sita. Proceed to Bentota. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel. Over Night stay at Bentota.

Day 06Bentota – Galle – Hikkaduwa – Bentota

After B/F, leave for Galle – was Sri Lanka’s first international commerce and trade centre. In the afternoon, visit Hikkaduwa, a small beach-side town with an excellent stretch of sand and a biodiversity underwater world. It is time to get up-close and personal with some of Sri Lanka’s most adorable sea creatures at a turtle farm, before returning home for the evening to Bentota. Over Night stay at Bentota.

Day 07Bentota – Colombo – Onward Destination Journey

After B/F, check out from Bentota and leave for Colombo. Upon arrival, transfer to Colombo International Airport to board a flight departing for onward destination journey.
